I was walking with my friend through Tillsonburg and suddenly I felt these contractions which really felt as if I was having a child!!!! We were discussing business and of course business is first chakra. We were also planning to go view some homes for my parents to potentially move into. This is also first chakra issues. When contractions come, it does not necessarily mean that there is a bowel movement coming. Sometimes its about moving away from what you are engaged in and thinking about respecting first chakra issues. Move through it by breathing into the chakra and the contractions will subside.
